We are excited about our 2013 training season, We always take sometime to reflect on how our previous years training program and listen to what our clients have told us. We are always trying to improve our program to meet the needs of our clients.
We will only be bringing in 5 dogs per month, for our Gun Dog Training program, preference for spots will be given to clients who have purchased one of our pups, in addition we will bring 3 Pups for our Head Start Program. We will do two training sessions AM in the field for bird work PM in the yard for Obedience and whoa reenforcement. We started this program at the end of last years training season an were very happy with the results, so we will implement this program entirely for the 2013 season.
Our gun dog training program will turn your German Shorthaired Pointer, into your hunting companion. in our two month program you pup will see 150 plus birds, we use a mix of Homing pigeons, quail, pheasant and chukar.
We have two training areas this season, Ellensburg and Yakima, our Yakima field has a large pond to do water work and field work, we also have 100 acres in Ellensburg to work the dogs. All the PM work will be done at the Kennel.
We will continue our Head Start Program in additions to our Intermediate and advanced gun dog training programs.
